Digital-Foundry designs, builds, hosts and supports websites, from Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. We are the responsible party for the information described on this page. You can reach us at wesley@digital-foundry.co.za or on 082 577 1601.

We only collect what you choose to send us. When you complete the enquiry form on this site, that is: your name, your business name if you give one, your phone or WhatsApp number, your email address, the package or budget range you selected and anything you typed in the message. If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email instead, we hold whatever you send through that channel. We do not run advertising trackers on this site and we do not build profiles of visitors.

To reply to your enquiry, to quote you, and — if you become a client — to build, host and support your website. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Enquiries are delivered to our email and stored in our own records. Websites we build and host for clients run on infrastructure managed for reliability and security. Some of the services we rely on to send email and store data are operated by providers outside South Africa; where that happens, we use established providers that offer a comparable level of protection, as POPIA requires.

Enquiries are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them to follow up, and client records for as long as we work together plus any period we are required to keep them for tax and accounting purposes. Ask us to delete an enquiry and we will.

Under POPIA you may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email wesley@digital-foundry.co.za and we will respond as quickly as we can. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a request, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Anything stored in your browser is limited to what is needed for the pages to work.
