Terms of Service

Fixed packages are a once-off build fee plus a monthly hosting fee, at the prices listed on this site. Most projects are quoted individually instead, once the scope is understood — a custom quote is agreed in writing before work starts, and is priced around what the project actually needs rather than a fixed tier.

The monthly hosting fee is not a payment plan for the build — it covers hosting your site, your SSL certificate and keeping it online and backed up.

Care & maintenance plans are optional and billed separately, at the prices listed on this site. Each plan states what it covers and how much support or improvement time it includes per month. Time or edits beyond that allowance are billed at the overage rate shown for your plan, agreed with you before the work is done. Unused time does not carry over.

Prices are in South African Rand. Anything outside your package or quote — additional pages, add-ons, or further custom work — is quoted and agreed before it starts.

We need your content: logo, images, text and any details specific to your business. Writing the text for your pages is included — it is drafted from a conversation with you and you approve it. Images are yours to supply; paid stock photography is not included in any package or standard quote and is quoted separately if you want us to source it. Timelines run from the day your content reaches us, not from the day you order.

You confirm that any material you send us is yours to use, or that you have permission to use it.

Each package or quoted project includes a stated number of revision rounds. Fixed-package Starter and Essentials sites are typically live in 7 to 14 days from receiving your content, and Growth sites in about three to four weeks; a custom-quoted project's timeline is set out in the quote. These are targets we work to in good faith, not guarantees — delays in content or approvals move the date.

On full payment of the once-off fee or agreed project cost, the website design, its content and the domain belong to you. You may take the site elsewhere at any time and we will hand over the files. Any third-party components used in the build stay under their own licences.

You may cancel monthly hosting, or a care plan, with one calendar month's notice. There is no cancellation fee. We will hand over your website files and help your new host get the site running. If the monthly fee goes unpaid, we will contact you before suspending anything.

We cannot guarantee particular search rankings, traffic volumes or sales — no one honestly can. We are also not responsible for outages or losses caused by third parties such as domain registrars, hosting providers or payment gateways, though we will help you resolve them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
