Case study
Rafiki's Creation Station from the ground up.
A custom-printing and personalised-gifts studio in Richards Bay — apparel, tumblers, mugs, stickers and more, ordered entirely over WhatsApp. Built as a real product catalogue so customers know what they're asking for before the chat starts.

01
The brief
Rafiki's sold nine product ranges — apparel, tumblers, mugs and more — entirely through WhatsApp and a Facebook page, with no way for a customer to see what was actually on offer before starting a chat. The brief was a real catalogue site that carries the brand's own CMYK-inspired look, without losing the WhatsApp-first way the business already runs.
02
The build
A multi-page site — a category index plus a dedicated page per product range, each with real cropped photography, a per-product WhatsApp order button, and the client's own size/price catalogue built in for tumblers. A blog, FAQs and full SEO shipped alongside it, all hand-coded with no CMS or plugin stack.
03
The result
Every enquiry now has a real page to point to before the WhatsApp conversation starts — actual photos and prices, not a guess. Live on its own domain, scoring 98 on mobile PageSpeed.
